The Dental Spa Devon is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our modern, fee-for-service cosmetic and restorative practice. We focus on quality care, strong teamwork, and a smooth, well-run office—without the chaos of high-volume dentistry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist chairside during restorative and basic surgical procedures
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and scans
• Manage operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization
• Help maintain a smooth, efficient daily workflow
• Support a high-quality patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred (open to strong candidates)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized without constant direction
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required.
