Job Title: Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dentist for a full-time position located in Council, ID. This role involves supervising dental staff and providing comprehensive dental care within a multidisciplinary clinic. Responsibilities

• Supervise dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director.
• Attend clinic management meetings and participate in planning services.
• Monitor and evaluate dental team objectives and patient care quality.
• Develop and maintain the dental monthly schedule to ensure patient coverage.
• Provide dental care to patients while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) required.
• State licensure is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and function as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of socio-economic status and respect for individual differences.

Schedule

This position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule, with 32-40 hours per week and no nights or weekends.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
