What You'll Do
As Lead Dentist, you will play a key role in both clinical care and team leadership.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
• Supervising dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director
• Participating in clinic management meetings and service planning
• Monitoring patient care quality and supporting team objectives
• Developing and maintaining monthly dental schedules to ensure patient coverage
• Upholding all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
• Collaborating with providers across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• Current state dental license required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and an understanding of varying socioeconomic needs
Schedule
Monday through Thursday
32–40 hours per week
No evenings. No weekends.
Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
